Has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. His work has been displayed in architectural digest and he has hands on experience in nearly every trade, with a forte in fine woodworking and millwork.
He’s covered everything from managing high end residential construction in NYC to working as a construction manager for Habitat for Humanity NYC. He has worked as one man band and managed up to eighty people per day, working with budgets from seven hundred dollars to seven million. Nick is known for his creative problem solving in difficult situations.
He’s a classically trained musician with studies at the Berklee College of Music and The Musicians Institute. As the son of an artist, he has an eye for detail and additional training and experience to be a good listener, making this venue a natural fit.
Gil Rosa’s management leadership is a direct result of his family background, technical training, and real world education, with over two decades of experience in Architecture and Construction.
He has an understanding of the professional process that allows for better project outcomes. His experience in construction comes from a family of builders and craftsmen who instilled in the pride of working with his hands.He obtained hands on knowledge in almost every trade in the industry.
Working with many New York City firms, He applied his knowledge first as a draftsman, later as a respected designer and project manager. This journey led him to become the Director of Housing Development NYC affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, where he oversaw all construction and property acquisition within the five boroughs. His love for affordable housing continued and led him to Senior Project Manager for Abyssinian Development Corporation, (Harlem’s largest nonprofit real estate developer) Gil’s additional expertise in business relocation, graphic, furniture, and interior design bolster this complete package we offer our clients.
